Commercial Air Transport. In the CAT market, the main customer that a VAR will target is a commercial airline. The requirements of these customers may vary significantly by aircraft type and the segment in which it operates. Commercial Air Transport. 2.1. The Aircraft object of the Air Charter Agreement will be operated by the Operator duly licensed for and under the applicable rulemaking for commercial air transport, more specifically in conformity with Regulation (EU) N° 965/2012 and its amendments, laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures applicable to commercial air transportation operations by aeroplane, and the national applicable legislation as issued by the authorities under which competency the Aircraft is operated and the licensing for commercial air transport is issued, whichever is applicable.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Waste Disposal Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose. All entrances to such outside trash enclosures shall be kept closed, and waste shall be stored in such manner as not to be visible from the exterior of such outside enclosures. Tenant shall cause all of its waste to be regularly removed from the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in the Premises free and clear of all obstructions at all times.
