COMMENCEMENT & TERM. This Agreement shall come into effect when the authorized representatives of each party finally execute and affix their respective signatures hereto in their duly authorized capacities. In the event the signatures are affixed on different dates, the date of the latter signature shall be the date the Agreement comes into effect. This Agreement shall expire upon the City’s acknowledgement of Consultant’s fulfillment of the terms of the Scope of Work contained herein.
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. 2.1 This Agreement shall commence from its date of execution mentioned above/ be deemed to have commenced from (Effective Date).
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. The commencement of the consultation project this agreement centers on should be defined in the third article. This will be considered the first day of work for the Consultant whether he or she is telecommuting or working on-site. Furnish this date to the space provided in this article then continue to select the termination of this agreement. (6)
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. The Partnership shall commence on the date hereof and continue for a term ending at the close of business on June 1, 2015, and may be renewed and extended for subsequent periods of twenty-five (25) years each at the option of either STAR or CITIZEN. Unless two years’ written notice is given by both STAR and CITIZEN that they desire to end this Partnership or any renewal hereof, this Partnership shall continue in force for subsequent periods of twenty-five (25) years each. Only by mutual written consent shall this Partnership Agreement or any renewal hereof be terminated.
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. Commencement: Xxxxx 0, 0000 Xxxx: Three (3) years provided however, at least one (1) year before the end of the term of this SCHEDULE, the Parties shall decide whether to extend it for one (1) or more years, with appropriate updates to the RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN (Attachment A), and FUNDING (Article 6 of this SCHEDULE).
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. GSK shall promptly commence and pursue a program of ongoing Development and commercialization for each Product Candidate as soon as practicable after the first exercise by GSK of a Product Option for a Product Candidate and receipt from ChemoCentryx of all reasonably required materials to proceed with further Development with respect to such Product Candidate (the overall program for all such Product Candidates referred to as the “Product Candidate Commercialization Program”).
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. Regardless of the diverse dates the Parties may have signed this Agreement, this Agreement shall be effective for a period of *** (***) years/months from the Effective Date, unless subsequent time extensions, supplement, continuation, or renewal is mutually agreed upon in writing by the Parties.
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. Upon a termination of Executive’s employment during the Term (i) by the Company without Cause, (ii) by Executive for Good Reason or (iii) by Executive upon Retirement (a “Qualifying Termination of Executive Services”), subject to Executive’s executing and delivering (and not revoking) the Release as described in Section 8, the Company shall offer to hire and employ Executive, and Executive may agree to be employed and to perform, periodic advisory and transition services for the Company and its subsidiaries pursuant to this Section 6 (the “Advisory Services”). The Advisory Services will include, among other things, advising senior executives of the Company and assisting with the transition of Executive’s executive duties to his successor.
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. 1.1 This Agreement shall commence on 1st July 2016 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall continue, subject to clause 1.2 below until 30 June 2018, for a period of 24 months from the Commencement Date (the “Term” of this Agreement). The “Term” for the purposes of any Order Contract shall be as set out in the relevant Order. The “Term” of any Order Contract shall not exceed the “Term” of the Agreement.
COMMENCEMENT & TERM. This agreement commences upon the membership date and is effective for one year. Upon the commencement of this agreement, and during the term of this agreement (including any renewed term), APNIC recognizes the NIR Member as a Member of APNIC, and as the National Internet Registry for the country or economy specified in this agreement.
