Commencement of Training. Commencing on the date that is six (6) months prior to the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date, and in accordance with Section 3.2, Contractor shall train Owner’s designated operating personnel in the requirements for the startup, shut-down, operation and maintenance of, and safety, general process understanding and emergency procedures for, the Facility and all of its sub-systems pursuant to the training program approved by Owner as set forth in Section 3.32(a).

Commencement of Training. Commencing six (6) months prior to first fire for a Unit as set forth in the Project Schedule, Contractor shall, or where applicable shall cause the Subcontractors to, train the designated Operating Personnel in the requirements for the start up, shut-down, operation and maintenance of, and safety, general process understanding and emergency procedures for, the Project and all of its sub-systems all in accordance with the training program approved by Owner pursuant to Section 3.19.2. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Contractor shall cause the Subcontractor that provides the plant control system to train the Operating Personnel on the operation and maintenance of such equipment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in Exhibit A hereto, the training program shall provide that at least a minimum number of Operating Personnel shall have completed all necessary training to safely operate the relevant Unit on or before the Substantial Completion Date for such Unit.

Commencement of Training. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Disaster Search Team shall be considered to be a team in training, and NDSDF is thus hereby authorized to begin the training of one (1) disaster search dog team, comprised of one (1) handler and one (1) dog. Pursuant to its Agreement, its team in training shall have as its objectives (1) attaining and maintaining NDSDF "Advanced Deployment Readiness Certification"; and (2) attaining and maintaining Advanced Certification pursuant to FEMA’s rules, regulations, and guidelines.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Inspection of Premises Landlord and Landlord's agents shall have the right at all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof to enter the Premises for the purpose of inspecting the Premises and all buildings and improvements thereon. And for the purposes of making any repairs, additions or alterations as may be deemed appropriate by Landlord for the preservation of the Premises or the building.   • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Landlord’s Retention of Contractor Landlord shall independently retain the Contractor to perform the Tenant Improvement Work in accordance with the Approved Construction Drawings.

  • Budget For Tenant Improvements A preliminary detailed breakdown by trade of the costs incurred or that will be incurred in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements is set forth on Schedule 3 attached hereto (the “Budget”). The Budget is based upon the TI Construction Drawings approved by Tenant and shall include a payment to Landlord of administrative rent (“Administrative Rent”) equal to 1.5% of the TI Costs, which Administrative Rent shall include, without limitation, all out-of-pocket costs, expenses and fees incurred by or on behalf of Landlord arising from, out of, or in connection with monitoring the construction of the Tenant Improvements and Changes, and shall be payable out of the TI Fund. Landlord shall provide Tenant with a final Budget promptly following approval of the TI Construction Drawings by Landlord and Tenant. The Budget shall be subject to Tenant’s review and approval which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed by Tenant. Tenant shall have the right to approve any use of the contingency in the Budget by Landlord; provided, however, that, Tenant’s approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and the contingency shall not be available for use by Tenant for any Changes until all unforeseen conditions, changes to resulting from governmental agencies and the like have first been paid for out of the contingency.

  • Inspection of Agreement A copy of this Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times at the principal corporate trust office of the Warrant Agent for inspection by the holder of any Warrant Certificate. The Warrant Agent may require such holder to submit his Warrant Certificate for inspection by it.
