Common use of Commencement of Services Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Services. 13.10 The Supplier and the Customer hereby acknowledge and agree that the provision of the Placement Services and Contractor Services will not give rise to a "relevant transfer" under the Employment Regulations and that no employees of the Customer are intended to transfer to the Supplier as a result of the commencement of the provision of the Placement Services and the Contractor Services.
