Commencement of Preparatory Actions. Immediately following the Unit Commencement Date, Concessionaire shall make all necessary arrangements in order to prepare for the commencement of business operations at the Premises including, without limitation, preparation, submission for approvals, and finalization of all materials required in connection with the construction of improvements for the Premises as required under this Agreement, obtaining all permits, authorizations, licenses and clearances required for Concessionaire's agents, representatives, employees, contractors, and vendors in order to comply with the security requirements imposed under this Agreement, making all necessary arrangements for obtaining all merchandise, supplies, inventory, and equipment necessary for the operation of Concessionaire's business at the Premises in accordance with this Agreement.
