Commencement Date Certificate. At the request of Landlord, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord a completed certificate ("Commencement Date Certificate") in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Commencement Date Certificate. This Commencement Date certificate is entered into by Landlord and Tenant pursuant to Article 3.1 of the Lease.
Commencement Date Certificate. Tenant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Substantial Completion of the Initial Alterations for the Lab Space on or before May 1, 2009, and to cause Substantial Completion of the Initial Alterations for the Office Space on or before the date which is one hundred eighty (180) days from the Effective Date. Landlord and Tenant shall execute a certificate confirming the Lab Space Rent Commencement Date and the Office Space Rent Commencement Date promptly after the occurrence of each. The Term of this Lease shall expire, unless earlier extended or terminated in accordance with the terms hereof, on the scheduled Termination Date, 4.
Commencement Date Certificate. After the Commencement Date, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant a completed Commencement Date Certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. Tenant agrees that such certificate shall conclusively establish the Commencement Date and the Rent Commencement Date of this Lease and the other information contained therein unless Tenant objects thereto in writing within seven (7) Business Days, which objection shall include a detailed statement of the basis for such objection.
Commencement Date Certificate. With respect to the Expansion Premises, Landlord will prepare and deliver to Tenant a commencement certificate substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit E to the Initial Lease, which Tenant shall acknowledge by executing a copy and returning it to Landlord. If Tenant fails to sign and return the Commencement Letter to Landlord within ten (10) days of its receipt from Landlord, Landlord shall send Tenant a reminder notice. If Tenant fails to sign and return the Commencement Letter to Landlord within three (3) days of its receipt of the reminder notice, the Commencement Letter as sent by Landlord shall be deemed to have correctly set forth the Expansion Premises Commencement Date and the other matters addressed in the Commencement Letter. Failure of Landlord to send the Commencement Letter shall have no effect on the actual Expansion Premises Commencement Date.
Commencement Date Certificate. Promptly after the Additional Space Commencement Date is ascertained, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a certificate, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, which certificate shall set forth the Additional Space Commencement Date.
Commencement Date Certificate. Upon Substantial Completion of the Leasehold Improvements outlined in Exhibit F, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the Commencement Date Certificate substantially in the form outlined in Exhibit B. The Commencement Date Certificate shall state the actual Commencement Date, Expiration Date, and Rent Schedule. No later than ten (10) days thereafter, Xxxxxx shall execute and deliver to Landlord the Commencement Date Certificate.
Commencement Date Certificate. Landlord and Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to each other an instrument in the form of the “Commencement Date Certificate” attached hereto as Exhibit 2.2 confirming the Commencement Date, the Rent Commencement Date, the Expiration Date, the Base Rent and such other items as Landlord or Tenant may reasonably request.
Commencement Date Certificate. At any time after the Commencement Date, Tenant and Landlord shall, promptly upon written request by either of them, execute and acknowledge an instrument in a form reasonably satisfactory to Landlord and Tenant confirming the Commencement Date, the Expiration Date, and any other matter reasonably requested by Landlord or Tenant provided, that the execution and acknowledgment of such an instrument shall not be a prerequisite to the commencement or expiration of the Term.
