Common use of Commencement Date and Term Clause in Contracts

Commencement Date and Term. This Agreement shall come into force on 25th February 2014 (the “Commencement Date”) and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until all Services have been completed and all Deliverables have been delivered to the British Council’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Terms of Reference)] (the “Term”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in this Agreement, the British Council shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by serving not less than 15 days’ written notice on the Consultant.
