COMBINATION FOOD MARKET AND DISCOUNT STORE. 1. In a combination food market and discount store operation, where the health and beauty aids and houseware items are located behind the checkstand, the discount store rate shall apply to these items provided their display and location is not immediately contiguous to the food section of the operation. Such items to be so classified must be separated by other items which constitute non-food merchandise.
