COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS. (this clause is applicable to all contracts) The Contractor agrees to be bound by and to comply with the terms and conditions of the clause entitled "Combating Trafficking in Persons (FEB 2009)," which is contained in Section 52.222-50 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (section 52.222-50 of title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations), including the requirement to include such terms and conditions in all subcontracts.
