Tenant's Rentable Area may change from time to time as the total rentable area in the Building is increased or decreased. f. "Tenant's Prorata Share" as to the Building in which the Leased Premises are located shall mean an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to the rentable area included in the Leased Premises divided by the total rentable area included in said Building. The Tenant's Prorata Share as to Common Areas shall mean an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to the rentable area included in the Leased Premises divided by the total rentable area included in all Buildings located in the Area.
