Columbus State Community College. The following program to program articulation agreements are entered into by the Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College in the spirit of and under the tenets of our partnership as established in the joint resolution (2011). Upon completion of the Associate degree at Columbus State Community College with an AAS in the Dietetic Technician Program, students have the opportunity to continue into the following bachelor degree program at The Ohio State University according to the identified Transfer Guide (Appendix A). Columbus State Community College The Ohio State University Type Dietetic Technician Program Didactic Program in Dietetics Students transferring credit outside of this program to program articulation agreement will have the application of transfer credit done on a course-by-course basis by The Ohio State University under the guidelines of the Joint Resolution. These program to program agreements have an initial term through June 30, 2015. At that time, they will be reviewed and renewed (if appropriate) every two years. Articulation Agreement The Ohio State University (OSU), College of Education and Human Ecology, Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and Columbus State Community College (CSCC), Hospitality Management, Dietetic Technician Program The following is a list of OSU courses required by the Didactic Program in Dietetics that are equivalent to CSCC courses that are required by the Dietetic Technician Program at CSCC that will transfer to Ohio State and be accepted by the Didactic Program in Dietetics. Course equivalencies are only guaranteed for students who complete the entire Dietetic Technician Program, earn their Associate’s degree at CSCC, and are admitted to the OSU DPD. Columbus State Community College and the University of Cincinnati will work together to maximize the acceptance and application of transfer credit. Program specific Advising Guides supporting this institutional agreement will outline selective admission requirements, course equivalencies, and other information affecting students who enroll in a particular academic program. These supplemental programmatic Advising Guides must be consistent with the tenets of this overarching institutional agreement. Students transferring credit outside of programmatic Advising Guides will have the application of transfer credit done on a course-by-course basis by the University of Cincinnati. Ultimately, the acceptance and application of transfer credit is the decision of the University of Cincinnati.
