Collocation in Remote Terminals. To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow CBB to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow Z-Tel to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment.

To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow NUI to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.

To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow Northstar to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.

To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow InteleTel to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow Lightship to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in applicable Verizon tariffs, as amended from time to time, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow Nettalk to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow Excel to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Agreement, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in VERIZON’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time. Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Agreement, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1.7 and at SPRINT’s request, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in VERIZON’s applicable Tariffs (including, but not limited to, to the extent applicable, VERIZON Tariff Pa. P.U.C. No. 9), as amended from time to time, or, if VERIZON’s Tariffs do not contain provisions that allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure, rates, terms and conditions to be negotiated in good faith and agreed to in writing by the Parties. Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Agreement, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Nothing in the preceding paragraph of this Section 1.2.14 is intended to prejudice the position of either Party with regard to whether SPRINT may obtain access to VERIZON Network Elements at a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure by a means other than collocation of equipment in the remote terminal equipment enclosure. SPRINT reserves the right to request the Commission, the FCC or other governmental entity of appropriate jurisdiction, to require VERIZON to provide such access. VERIZON reserves the right to request the Commission, the FCC or other governmental entity of appropriate jurisdiction, to not require VERIZON to provide such access. VERIZON shall be obligated to provide access to VERIZON Network Elements at a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure only to the extent required by Applicable Law. Within two hundred and seventy (270) days of execution of this Agreement by SPRINT and VERIZON, VERIZON will develop and implement a process under which VERIZON will provide to SPRINT, within ten (10) business days of a written request by SPRINT, the following information for the Remote Terminals subtending a VERIZON Central Office:
