College Rules and Regulations. All faculty members shall comply with rules and regulations, which are not inconsistent with this Agreement, which from time to time may be promulgated or revised by the Employer.
College Rules and Regulations. The User and its employees, agents, representatives and attendees shall comply with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies and procedures of the College and the Virginia Community College System, including without limitation the following – attendees at the Event are prohibited from: smoking in public buildings; possession of illegal substances; cooking or serving food, except in designated kitchen areas; possession of animals, except when required to assist disabled persons; tampering with fire system or fire safety equipment; possession of any weapon or facsimile, fireworks, or other flammable materials; or disruptive, destructive or dangerous behavior. Under certain circumstances, the User may request alcoholic beverages at an Event. The User must provide a Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC) banquet license to the College at least two weeks prior to the event. The College reserves the right to deny the use of alcoholic beverages at Events regardless of banquet license status. Under no circumstances will alcoholic beverage use be approved by the College if the event involves the College's students and/or any persons under the age of twenty-one.

All advertising must include the statement, “Northern Virginia Community College does not sponsor or endorse this event.” Renter agrees that any media materials created for television, radio, newspaper, internet, outdoor advertising, handbills or otherwise, for the purposes of marketing, public relations, publicity, advertising, and/or general public information must include the full and official name of the premises in one of the formats listed below: (Facility Name) at Northern Virginia Community College, (Campus Name) Campus Subsequent references to the premises, in the same document, may refer to it as “(Facility Name).” No other combinations or permutations of the name are permitted. Renter agrees that the Event Services Manager, or designee, shall review and approve all Renter’s press releases and/or marketing materials that specifically mention the Center prior to release and/or printing. (FACILITY NAME) / PUBLIC RELATIONS MATERIALS: The College reserves the right to distribute (Facility Name) marketing or public relations materials at the event. Renter will also provide an opportunity for the College to insert a one-half page ad in any program or playbill that might be distributed at the event.   • Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal, or other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over use, condition, and occupancy of the Leased Premises.
