COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. It is agreed that a system of governance shall be maintained which includes representatives of the Federation.
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. Provisions of this article are subject to the sole approval of the Administration. Understanding, based on community of interest, and producing joint effort, is essential. A College in which all the components are aware of their interdependence, of the usefulness of communication among themselves, and of the force of joint action will enjoy increased capacity to solve its educational problems.
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. Section 31.01. The principles and guidelines of the existing College-wide Governance System shall be updated to reflect the College-wide participative governance structure. The revised College Governance Structure shall be created in consultation with the CCC-AAUP. The updated governance structure shall be continued for the duration of this agreement, as outlined in Appendix L. No committee of the College-wide Governance System shall take action on any matter that affects wages, hours or terms and conditions of employment of the bargaining unit members.
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. 1. The Board of Trustees reserves unto itself all rights, duties, and authorities granted by law.
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. 8.1 It is agreed that the Constitution of Southwestern Oregon Community College General Faculty and Faculty Senate, the Faculty Senate itself and its committees shall remain in existence for the duration of this Agreement. The application of the Constitution and the operation of the Faculty Senate and its committees shall all be consistent with the terms of this Agreement and Oregon statute. It is agreed by the parties that the Senate and its committees shall in no way interfere with or abridge the rights and obligations of the parties to each other resulting from recognition agreed to between the Federation and Employer in this Agreement.
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. 38 8.1 It is agreed that the Constitution of Southwestern Oregon Community College General 39 Faculty and Faculty Senate, the Faculty Senate itself and its committees shall remain in 40 existence for the duration of this Agreement. The application of the Constitution and the 41 operation of the Faculty Senate and its committees shall all be consistent with the terms 42 of this Agreement and Oregon statute. It is agreed by the parties that the Senate and its 43 committees shall in no way interfere with or abridge the rights and obligations of the 44 parties to each other resulting from recognition agreed to between the Federation and 45 Employer in this Agreement. 46
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. The College Governance consists of the Continuous Quality Initiative (CQI) and Achieving the Dream (AtD) teams. Every Classified employee is encouraged and welcomed to participate and/or attend any meeting.
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. 2.1. The College is governed by the Association of Canonical Administrators with the Principal acting as the delegated authority for that governance.
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. The following constitutes agreement between Lane Community College (hereinafter referred to as the College) and Lane Community College Education Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) on issues of governance resolved to facilitate operation of the College Governance System.
COLLEGE GOVERNANCE. 1. The AAUP and the Administration recognize the Board of Trustees as the final institutional authority of the College and further recognize the rights vested in the Board of Trustees as described in the Ohio Revised Code and in Article V of this agreement, except as oth- erwise modified in this Agreement.
