College Courses. Regular, Seasonal and Fixed Term Employees, their spouses and dependent children, shall be exempted from tuition fees for all CNC courses providing that:

College Courses. Regular employees within the bargaining unit shall be entitled to attend and participate in any course offered by the College based on the following conditions:
College Courses. Employees of the Bargaining Unit shall be entitled to enroll and participate in any course offered by the College provided the employee registration does not take the place of a fee-paying student and the course will be taken on the employee's own time. The College shall waive tuition fees.

Courses must be taken in pursuit of an associate or bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, business, professional studies, or behavioral sciences, or a Masters degree in criminal justice, business, or public administration. All degrees must be at a state-accredited institution of higher learning, as recommended by the City Manager or his designee.
