Common use of Collective Bargaining Committee Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a Collective Bargaining Committee whose sole functions shall be to meet with Employer representatives for the purpose of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. The committee shall be composed of two (2) stewards from the bargaining unit together with the Union's Business Agent. The Employer agrees to pay committee members at their regular straight time rate for all time lost from their regular schedule of work while in collective bargaining meetings with Employer representatives.

Collective Bargaining Committee. The committee shall be composed of two (2) stewards from the bargaining unit together with the Union's Business Agent. The Employer agrees to pay committee members at their regular straight time rate for all time lost from their regular schedule of work while in collective bargaining meetings with Employer representatives.

This member of the Collective Bargaining Committee whose sole functions shall be to meet act in a representative capacity for the purpose of processing grievances in accordance with the Grievance Procedure established herein and for the purpose of meeting with Employer representatives for the purpose of negotiating modifications to this Agreementnegotiations or special conferences. The committee Labor Council shall be composed furnish the Employer in writing the names of two (2) stewards from the bargaining unit together with the Union's Business Agentits Collective Bargaining Committee members. The Employer agrees to pay committee members at their regular straight time rate for all time lost from their regular schedule Council may designate alternates, who shall serve only in the absence of work while in collective bargaining meetings with Employer representativesCommittee representative.
