Collective Bargaining Agreements. Set forth on Schedule 7.22 is a list and description (including dates of termination) of all collective bargaining or similar agreements between or applicable to any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries and any union, labor organization or other bargaining agent in respect of the employees of any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries as of the date hereof or as of the last date such schedule was required to be updated in accordance with Section 8.01(d).
