Collection Use and Disclosure of Customer Information. 18.1 Collection The Bank, other members of the HSBC Group and/or HSBC Group’s authorised service providers may collect, use and share Customer Information (including relevant information about the Customer, the Cardholder, the Customer’s and/or the Cardholder’s transactions, the Customer’s and/or the Cardholder’s use of the Bank’s products and services, and the Customer’s and/or the Cardholder’s relationships with the HSBC Group) for the purposes listed in Clause 18.2 below. Customer Information may be requested from the Customer and/or the Cardholder (or a person acting on the Customer’s or the Cardholder’s behalf), or may also be collected by or on behalf of the Bank, or members of the HSBC Group, from other sources (including from publicly available information), generated or combined with other information available to the Bank or any member of the HSBC Group.
