Collection Rates. As of the effective date of this Agreement, the CONTRACTOR shall provide Collection Service for each type of service according to the Collection Rates shown in the corresponding Exhibits to this Contract, which are incorporated herein; unless specifically and expressly authorized by this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall not impose any other charges or assessments of any kind whatsoever to the Customer or the TOWN.

Collection Rates. 8.2.1 Pursuant to County Code Chapter 8.12, Franchisee may only charge rates approved by the Board for the services performed or rendered under this Agreement.
Collection Rates. Collection Rates shall consist of the following components: l) a Collection Component; 2) a Disposal Tipping Fee Component; 3) a Compostable Processing Fee Component; 4) a Retroactive Disposal Tipping Fee Component; and 5) a Retroactive Compostable Processing Fee Component, and such other components as may be added by mutual agreement of the parties during the Term of this Agreement. Each component has been established at the inception of this Agreement based on cost data provided by the Contractor and may be adjusted pursuant to the terms of this Article and other applicable provisions of this Agreement. Contractor may submit a request for annual Rate adjustment by October 1 of each year. City, or its designee, may review Contractor’s calculations for accuracy and conformity to the methodology set forth in Section 7.3 and Exhibit C. The annual Rate adjustment calculated in accordance with that methodology shall take effect January 1 of each year. Contractor will reimburse City's cost to perform the review up to a maximum of $5,000 per year.
Collection Rates. Franchisee shall provide the collection, recycling, transportation and disposal services required under this Agreement for the rates set forth in the Service Rate Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with this Agreement.
Collection Rates a. The Council of the City of Monterey shall approve Franchisee collection rates. Collection rates established by Council will be charged by Franchisee for all services. Franchisee shall retain revenues received for the sale of Recyclables including California Redemption Value revenues. Such revenues have been considered in the establishment of rates for services provided under this Agreement. Initial rates shall be as set forth in City Council Resolution No. 19-053 X.X.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • Contribution Rates ‌ The Employer's contribution rate to the pension fund shall be 8% of each employee's gross monthly earnings. The Employer shall also deduct from each eligible employee's gross monthly earnings 6% and remit that amount together with the Employer's required contribution on behalf of each employee to the pension fund.

  • Interest Rates (a) Each Base Rate Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from the date such Loan is made until it becomes due, at a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate for such day. Such interest shall be payable for each Interest Period on the last day thereof. Any overdue principal of or interest on any Base Rate Loan shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to the sum of 2% plus the rate otherwise applicable to Base Rate Loans for such day.

  • Billing Rates The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of employee’s billing rate set forth in the Budget or the employee’s billing rate applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees that the billing rates charged herein are Contractor’s customary billing rates for performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work attached hereto.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Compensation Rates Each of the compensation rates to be paid by Buyer to Seller for Product delivered under this Agreement as set forth below shall be populated with the values as selected by Buyer in accordance with Appendix XIV. The Compensation Rates are as follows:

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Indirect Cost Rates The System Agency may acknowledge an indirect cost rate for Grantees that is utilized for all applicable contracts. Grantee will provide the necessary financial documents to determine the indirect cost rate in accordance with the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) and Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS).

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • PERIODIC RATES The periodic rates applicable to purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers are disclosed on the Disclosure that accompanies this Agreement. Any penalty rate that may be imposed for failing to make a payment by the payment due date is also disclosed on the Disclosure. Any rate change will be made pursuant to applicable law. If the rate for your account is variable, as indicated on the accompanying Disclosure, the rate charged on purchases, cash advances, balance transfers and any penalty rate will vary periodically as disclosed in the Disclosure accompanying this Agreement. The initial rate on your account for certain types of transactions may be an introductory discounted rate (Introductory Rate) that is lower than the rate that would ordinarily apply for that type of transaction. If an Introductory Rate applies to your account, the rates and the period of time it will be effective is shown on the Disclosure accompanying this Agreement. After the Introductory Rate period expires, the periodic rate will automatically increase to the rates that would ordinarily apply for that type of transaction based on the terms of this Agreement.
