Collection of Taxes, Assessments and Similar Items; Servicing Accounts. The HELOC Master Servicer and any Subservicers shall not be required to maintain records relating to the payment of taxes, or deposit or retain any collections from the Mortgagors for the payment of taxes, assessments, insurance premiums, or comparable items, with respect to the HELOC Mortgage Loans.
