Common use of Collection of Taxes, Assessments and Similar Items; Servicing Accounts Clause in Contracts

Collection of Taxes, Assessments and Similar Items; Servicing Accounts. (a) The RMBS Servicer shall establish and maintain or cause the related Subservicer to establish and maintain, one or more Servicing Accounts. The RMBS Servicer or a Subservicer will deposit and retain therein all collections from the Mortgagors for the payment of taxes, assessments, insurance premiums, or comparable items as agent of the Mortgagors.

(a) The RMBS Master Servicer shall establish and maintain or cause the related Subservicer to establish and maintain, one or more Servicing Accounts. The RMBS Master Servicer or a Subservicer will deposit and retain therein all collections from the Mortgagors for the payment of taxes, assessments, insurance premiums, or comparable items as agent of the Mortgagors.
