Collection of Payment. It is further agreed that the Employer shall have the right to deduct from the Member’s final paycheck any monies owing in accordance with the above schedule or to recover such monies by other legal means.
Collection of Payment. Currently, the County is collecting and receipting advance payments for services rendered or performed by the Sheriff to non-governmental entities or persons, including, but not limited to, outside duty details. On January 5, 2021, the Sheriff shall be responsible for collecting and receipting advance payments for services rendered or performed by the Sheriff to non-governmental entities or persons.
Collection of Payment. Unless an alternative form of payment is agreed to by Owner and Customer in writing, Owner will charge Customer’s credit, debit or charge card that is provided at the time the reservation is made and/or when the vehicle is picked up, and Customer consents to and authorizes the same, all Use Fees payable by Customer and any other charges under this Agreement payable by Customer, which charges may be made during and/or after the Period of Use. Such authorized charges will include any unpaid citations or other fines, penalties, fees or costs assessed by a governmental authority, and any administrative fee charged by Owner therefor, and any extra cleaning, towing or roadside assistance charges payable by Customer, which charges are further explained in this Agreement. If Customer fails to pay any money due under or in connection with this Agreement within 14 days of the date by which Customer was required to pay the money, Owner may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies Owner may have or be entitled to, charge Customer and Customer agrees to pay, all additional charges as outlined below:
Collection of Payment. 5.1.1 Any payment for the Bill can be made to and/or collected by PMB for and on behalf of the Government either over the counter at the Outlets or through PosOnline (payment steps and processes as set out in “Schedule D” herein).
Collection of Payment. With respect to any action by Servicer to collect payment due under this Contract, the Client agrees to pay all costs of such collection, including, without limitation, costs of any type of Lawsuit, any and all associated expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees.

The Principal agrees to and accepts that the Agent may be buying and selling goods and services on their behalf and will generating invoices for Services performed by the Principal to the Principal’s Customers. The Principal agrees that the Agent will collect payment from the Principals Customer and remit these payments to the Principal after any Compensation, other charges raised against the Principal and or any expenses incurred by the Agent on behalf of the Principal. The invoices issued by the Agent on behalf of the Principal Customers will record the Agents bank details.
Collection of Payment. Agcbasket will collect the payment through its designated payment gateway and shall remain the sole property of Agcbasket only. On all the Payment Gateway aspects, the identity of Agcbasket shall be mentioned.

The Contractor shall not bill, nor attempt to collect payment directly or through a collection agency from a person claiming to be AHCCCS eligible without first verifying from AHCCCS that the person was ineligible for AHCCCS on the date of service, or that services provided were not AHCCCS-covered behavioral health services, except as provided in Federal and State laws and regulations.
