Collection of Funds; Expense Allocation. The amounts set forth in the Contributions Table shall be paid by the Parties to the OFA in the amounts set forth in the Contributions Table on or before the dates set by the Governing Board. Such amounts shall be deposited in a separate account managed by the OFA and owned by one of the Parties for the benefit of the Consortium (the “Consortium Account”) to be disbursed as directed by the OFA acting in accordance with instructions from the Joint Governing Board. In addition to collecting such amounts, the OFA may invoice the parties for their Pro Rata Share (as defined below) of any reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred by the OFA in performing its duties, including but not limited to postage, copying and office supplies; provided, however, that the aggregate amount so charged the Parties during an Agreement Year shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Start-up Costs of the Consortium. Such invoices shall be paid within sixty (60) days of billing. The “Pro Rata Share” for each Party shall be an amount equal to the amount shown for Start- up Costs for such Party in the Contributions Table divided by the total amount of Start-up Costs for all of the Parties (including Additional Parties, if any) or as otherwise agreed to by all of the then Parties.

  • Allocation of Funds AMO will allocate and transfer Funds on the basis of the formula determined by Ontario.

  • Allocation of Subordinate Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Senior Reduction Amount and the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Subordinate Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:
