Collection of Children. 8.1 All children are to be collected no later than 5.30pm each day.
Collection of Children. 4.1 The people specified in Your child’s enrolment as being Authorised to collect may do so without notice. It is Your responsibility to update this information within ‘My Family Lounge’ as changes occur.

Late collections will be charged at £8.00 per half hour for the first hour and then at £10 per half hour following. • If you are late for any reason it is essential that you contact the nursery to inform them. ADMINISTRATION • Please inform us immediately of any change to personal details, address, phone numbers etc. in writing where possible. • We will try to accommodate changes in days on a temporary basis but please note this may not be possible due to staffing etc. • 8 weeks’ notice is required in writing to end the contract and 8 weeks fees will be charged.
Collection of Children. No child will be released to any person other than the parents and/or legal guardians named on this contract and anybody namedon the booking form Please note that any persons named will be able to collect your child at any time. Please also note that where somebody may collect your child on a 1-off basis or where you do not wish to give open consent for collection, you must inform the settings manager in writing and the person collecting your child must have some form of identification on them. Only in exceptional circumstances will collection by another person be agreed over the telephone with you. Email requests will not be accepted. If any of the details provided below should change please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Abuse and Neglect of Children and Vulnerable Adults: Abuse Registry Party agrees not to employ any individual, to use any volunteer or other service provider, or to otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual who in the performance of services connected with this agreement provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or to vulnerable adults if there has been a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation involving that individual. Party is responsible for confirming as to each individual having such contact with children or vulnerable adults the non-existence of a substantiated allegation of abuse, neglect or exploitation by verifying that fact though (a) as to vulnerable adults, the Adult Abuse Registry maintained by the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living and (b) as to children, the Central Child Protection Registry (unless the Party holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families). See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) and 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3).

  • SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS 8.1 The Service Provider will have ultimate responsibility for the management and control of any Regulated Activity provided under this agreement and for the purposes of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000.
