Collection of Certain Mortgage Loan Payments. The Master Servicer shall make reasonable efforts to collect all payments called for under the terms and provisions of the Mortgage Loans, and shall, to the extent such procedures shall be consistent with this Agreement and the terms and provisions of any related Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy and any other applicable insurance policies, follow such collection procedures as it would follow with respect to mortgage loans comparable to the Mortgage Loans and held for its own account. Consistent with the foregoing and the servicing standards set forth in Section 3.01, the Master Servicer may in its discretion (i) waive any late payment charge or, if applicable, penalty interest, only upon determining that the coverage of such Mortgage Loan by the related Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy, if any, will not be affected, or (ii) extend the due dates for Monthly Payments due on a Mortgage Note for a period of not greater than 180 days; provided that any extension pursuant to clause (ii) above shall not affect the amortization schedule of any Mortgage Loan for purposes of any computation hereunder, except as provided below. In the event of any such arrangement pursuant to clause (ii) above, the Master Servicer shall make timely advances on such Mortgage Loan during such extension pursuant to Section 4.03 and in accordance with the amortization schedule of such Mortgage Loan without modification thereof by reason of such arrangements. In the event the Master Servicer shall consent to the deferment of any such arrangement pursuant to clause (ii) abovethe due dates for payments due on a Note, the Master Servicer shall nonetheless make timely advances on payment of any required Delinquency Advance with respect to the payments so extended to the same extent as if such Mortgage Loan during such extension pursuant installment were due, owing and Delinquent and had not been deferred, and shall be entitled to Section 4.03 and reimbursement therefor in accordance with the amortization schedule of Sections 10.8(d)(i)(D) and 10.9(a) hereof. Collection of Certain Mortgage Loan Payments. Consistent with the foregoing and the servicing standards set forth in Section 3.01foregoing, the Master Servicer may (i) in its discretion (i) waive or permit to be waived any late payment charge oror assumption fee or any other fee or charge which the Master Servicer would be entitled to retain pursuant to Section 10.15 as servicing compensation, if applicable, penalty interest, only upon determining that the coverage of such Mortgage Loan by the related Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy, if any, will not be affected, or (ii) extend the due dates date for Monthly Payments payments due on a Mortgage Note for a period of (with respect to each payment as to which the due date is extended) not greater than 180 days125 days after the initially scheduled due date for such payment and (iii) amend any Note to extend the maturity thereof, provided that no maturity shall be extended beyond the maturity date of the Mortgage Loan with the latest maturity date and that no more than 3.0% of the Original Pool Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans shall have a maturity date which has been extended beyond the maturity date thereof at the Cut-off Date; provided that any extension pursuant further, with respect to clause clauses (i), (ii) above shall and (iii), that such action does not affect the amortization schedule of any Mortgage Loan for purposes of any computation hereunder, except as provided belowviolate applicable REMIC provisions. In the event the Master Servicer shall consent to the deferment of any such arrangement pursuant to clause (ii) abovethe due dates for payments due on a Note, the Master Servicer shall nonetheless make timely advances on payment of any required Delinquency Advance with respect to the payments so extended to the same extent as if such Mortgage Loan during such extension pursuant installment were due, owing and Delinquent and had not been deferred, and shall be entitled to Section 4.03 and reimbursement therefor in accordance with the amortization schedule of Sections 10.8(d)(i)(D) and 10.9(a) hereof.
