Collection Guidelines. The Borrower will not permit the amendment, modification, restatement or replacement, in whole or in part, of the Collection Guidelines, which change would materially impair the collectability of any Loan or Contract or otherwise adversely affect the interests or the remedies of the Collateral Agent or the Secured Parties under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, without the prior written consent of the Deal Agent (acting at the direction, or with the consent, of the Required Lenders) or as required by Applicable Law.

Collection Guidelines. In order to keep your child safe, we have clear collection guidelines set out below which must be followed: • Children must be collected by a named, responsible adult - promptly. • We recognise in some cases older siblings, under the age of 16, may have your permission to collect your child. When this is the case they must: be on the collection list; demonstrate the Xxxxxx Values; not come in large groups; be able to keep your child safe in the community; not be excluded from their own education provision. • Supervise your child and ensure they do not ride bikes and scooters on the school grounds. • Use the paths and crossing provided in a way that is respectful to others. • Smoking / vaping and swearing is not permitted while collecting children. • Should there be changes to the named adult collecting ring the school office with a password before 2.30pm if possible. • Children will be allowed to walk home alone from the last term of Year 4. Procedures are in place to keep your children safe.
