Common use of Collection and Use of Information Clause in Contracts

Collection and Use of Information. (a) Customer acknowledges that Marq Vision may, directly or indirectly through the services of third parties, collect and store information regarding use of the Platform and about equipment on which the Platform is used, through the provision of maintenance services and/or security measures included in the Platform. Customer also acknowledges that Marq Vision may collect data submitted by Customer through the Platform, including without limitation information about Customer’s customers, distributors, inventory and products.

Collection and Use of Information. (a) Customer Client acknowledges that Marq Vision may, directly or indirectly through the services of third parties, collect and store information regarding use of the Platform and about equipment on which the Platform is used, through the provision of maintenance services and/or security measures included in the Platform. Customer Client also acknowledges that Marq Vision may collect data submitted by Customer Client through the Platform, including without limitation information about CustomerClient’s customers, distributors, inventory and products.
