Collateral Schedules and Locations. Insofar as the Collateral consists of inventory, Grantor shall deliver to Lender, as often as Lender shall require, such lists, descriptions, and designations of such Collateral as Lender may require to identify the nature, extent, and location of such Collateral. On a monthly basis, the Debtors shall deliver to the Collateral Agent schedules of the Collateral, including such information as the Collateral Agent may require, including without limitation names and addresses of Account Debtors, the location of mobile goods or changes in any certificates of title and descriptions of any after-acquired general intangibles. The Debtors represent and warrant to the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties that Schedule A is true, accurate and complete in all material respects and shall be updated monthly by the Debtors to reflect any changes thereto.
