Common use of Collateral Agreements Clause in Contracts

Collateral Agreements. The term "Collateral Agreements" shall mean any or all of the following agreements, the forms of which are attached hereto as exhibits to this Agreement: Exhibit B - Escrow Agreement Exhibit C - Lock-Up Agreement
