Collaborative Activities. Activities to be undertaken by the Parties hereunder will be conducted in a collaborative manner as determined by the committee or team overseeing such activities, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as applicable.
Collaborative Activities. 1) IEEE and COMED may, from time to time as they may agree, exchange without cost, non- proprietary and confidential information directly relevant to this initiative.
Collaborative Activities. Before any Party engages in development activities with respect to Additional Indications or Alternate Delivery of any Product, such Party shall submit a proposal to the JDC for the Parties to engage jointly in Development activities with respect to such Additional Indications or Alternate Delivery of Product. If the JDC elects to proceed, the activities shall be incorporated into a Development Plan. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, their respective rights and obligations with respect to Additional Indications or Alternate Delivery shall be the same as for any Product under this Agreement.
Collaborative Activities. (a) In their collaboration, the Parties will pursue joint actions encompassing diverse projects and topics in the following areas, but not limited to:
Collaborative Activities. 5.5.1. The Innovation Hub may conduct and/or par- ticipate in Collaborative Activities which may be internal and comprise only Parties, or be external and be conduct- ed with third parties. Should any of the Parties propose a Collaborative Activity, such proposition shall be consid- ered by the Project Board at a meeting.
Collaborative Activities. The parties indicate their agreement to mutually collaborate on the following activities, the results of which are expected to be of mutual benefit to the parties:
Collaborative Activities. Any collaborative activity as outlined in article 1 above shall be subject to the availability of sufficient financial and human resources for that purpose, as well as each Party’s programme of work, priority activities, internal rules, regulations, policies, administrative procedures and practices. Each collaborative activity shall thus be agreed on a case-by case-basis, subject to a separate exchange of letters or agreement. At the time of signing this Memorandum of Understanding, Parties have agreed to the collaborative activities described in Annex 1 attached hereto, which forms an integral part of this Memorandum of Understanding.
Collaborative Activities. The Collaborative may annually undertake a range of activities to accomplish the goals described in Section III of this Agreement. Specific activities to be performed by one, some, or all Members or by the Lead Agency shall be agreed upon by the Executive Committee and incorporated into the Work Plan. These activities may include but are not limited to the following.
Collaborative Activities. Before any Party engages in Development activities that may result in U.S. Development Costs with respect to any Licensed Compound or Product in the Field, and which activities are not included in the then-current Development Plan, such Party shall submit a proposal to the ODC for the Parties to engage jointly in such Development activities with respect to such Licensed Compound or Product. If the ODC elects to proceed, the activities shall be incorporated into a draft Development Plan to be submitted to the OSC for approval.
