Collaboration within City Networks. Dresden is collaborating within several European city networks. Starting in 1985 by joining the network “Mayors for Peace” Dresden invested in several networks with different approaches (further information see below). Since 2004 Dresden is a member, in 2010/11 the city was president of the network. It promotes citizenship and exchange between elected representatives”1 The network informs about EU funding, promotes the exchange of views and experiences between local authorities, provides information on aspects of European policy relevant to municipalities and supports municipal development cooperation.2 xxx.xxxx.xx xxx.xxxx.xxx EUROREGIO N Elbe/Labe The Euroregion Elbe/Labe brings together people along the Saxon-Czech border. The goals of the network are to build mutual trust and to promote cross-border cooperation. The Euroregion Elbe /Labe consists of the Saxon "Kommunalgemeinschaft Euroregion Oberes Elbtal / Osterzgebirge e.V." and the Czech "Gemeindeverband Labe". Members on the Saxon side are the administrative district Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains and the state capital Dresden.   • Research, Science and Technology Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in research, science and technology, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to build on existing agreements already in place for cooperation on research, science and technology; (b) to encourage, where appropriate, government agencies, research institutions, universities, private companies and other research organizations in the Parties to conclude direct arrangements in support of cooperative activities, programs or projects within the framework of this Agreement, specially related to trade and commerce; and (c) to focus cooperative activities towards sectors where mutual and complementary interests exist, with special emphasis on information and communication technologies and software development to facilitate trade between the Parties. 2. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities including, but not limited to:

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).

  • Professional Development Plan Professional Development Plan (PDP) refers to plans developed by faculty members addressing the criteria contained in Article 22 and Appendix G.

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Curriculum Vitae (a) The Chief Librarian shall maintain a curriculum vita for each Librarian. It is the Librarian’s responsibility to ensure that the curriculum vita on file is kept current. Members shall prepare their curriculum vita with the advice and assistance of their Chief Librarian. Members may revise their curriculum vita at any time.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.
