Cohabitant. A cohabitant is a person the deceased lived with at the time of death and who, upon confirmation from the national population register, can document that the cohabitation relationship has existed for the last two years, or who has the same residence and joint children with an employee.

Cohabitant. Two unrelated adult persons living together for a substantial period of time, resulting in some permanency of relationship. Factors that may determine whether persons are cohabiting include, but are not limited to, all of the following:
Cohabitant. A person you currently live with and have lived with for at least 12 consecutive months and who is at least 18 years old. The person will notwithstanding the above not be regarded as a cohabitant if there, at the time of death, existed factual circumstances deterring the two from entering into legal marriage, or if it must be regarded as evident that separation had been taken out at an earlier point in time.
Cohabitant. Person of the opposite sex to the POLICYHOLDER with whom the POLICYHOLDER cohabitates, without being linked by marriage.

  • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional.   • Sanitation The Purchaser’s operations, as described by this contract, shall comply with all applicable State laws, rules and regulations concerning sanitation in operations. Refuse resulting from the Purchaser’s activities, including the use, servicing, repair, or abandonment of equipment, shall be removed, buried or otherwise disposed of in a manner that complies with all State laws and meets the approval of the Forest Officer. The Purchaser shall not service tractors, trucks and similar pieces of equipment on lands that directly drain into or are within 100 feet of lakes, streams or recreational facilities. No logging camp will be located on the gross sale area without prior approval by the Forest Officer.

  • Livestock 19.1. Except with the prior written consent of the Council the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment site save rabbits and hens (no Cockerels) to the extent permitted by section 12 Allotments Act 1950. (Such animals not to be kept for trade or business purposes and accordingly to be limited in number as the Council may provide in writing.)

  • Vegetation No trees or other vegetation may be removed from the site without prior approval from the Town, except in accordance with Section 4 above and pursuant to the Annual Plan.
