Code of Practice for Customer Affairs. 9.2.1 The Licensee shall prepare and publish a Code of Practice for the Licensee’s Customers in respect of any issues relating to the provision of service by the Licensee.   • Scope of Practice The scope of practice of the Nurse Practitioner is determined by the context in which: The Nurse Practitioner is authorised to practice.
