Code of Conduct and Ethics. I agree to diligently adhere to all policies of the Company including, but not limited to, its Code of Conduct and Ethics, all of which may be revised from time to time during my employment.
Code of Conduct and Ethics. 1.15.1 Contractor shall maintain written standards of conduct governing the performance of its employees engaged in the award and administration of contracts. No employee, officer, or agent shall participate in the selection, award, or administration of a contract supported by federal funds if a real or apparent conflict of interest would be involved. The standards of conduct shall provide for disciplinary actions to be applied for violations of such standards by officers, employees, or agents of the Contractor.

Code of Conduct and Ethics. Employee acknowledges that the Company requires the commitment of its people to maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics. Accordingly, The Company has established a Code of Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”), which may be modified from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion, in order that all employees are all clear as to what is required of each one of them. The Employee agrees that he will read the Code and, when requested by the Company, certify his/her compliance at all times with all of its terms. I understand that: • I may remain anonymous in any report filed with the Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance Representative or Compliance Department. • I may be required, in the event of an investigation by federal or state authorities is conducted, to serve as a witness and that in this case, I may no longer maintain anonymity. • The Company will strive to maintain confidentiality of my identity in all cases, but that the Company cannot guarantee such confidentiality in all instances. • The Company maintains a strict policy of non-retaliation against those who report misconduct. • If I am directly implicated in a compliance investigation and if my presence threatens the conduct of an investigation, the Company is obligated to discontinue our business associate agreement while the investigation is in process. • If I am personally named by federal or state agencies in a suit pending disposition that the Company is obligated to discontinue our business associate agreement until the conclusion of that suit. • If I am named to any list of individuals excluded from participation in federal or state reimbursement programs, my business associate agreement will be terminated.
