I also understand that failure to comply with the above terms will result in termination of this agreement and therefore forfeit of my account, resulting in ANY remaining balance DUE to be PAID IN FULL within SEVEN (7) DAYS of termination of this contract. The first includes the strategies and tactics and doing "internal work;" identifying and updating the core beliefs and habits currently creating Your life experiences. The second aspect is what makes this sustainable while creating ever-growing levels of accomplishment. You are the greatest expert on Your own life. I will help You to get in touch with that expert, Your own inner coach. That part of You knows exactly what You want and gives You clues every day about what to do next. Working with Your vision of what You want Your work and Your life to look like, You and I will use those clues to take actions that lead to extraordinary results. By learning to pay attention to these clues, Your attention will be drawn to interactions. decisions and relationships. Coaching Services. The Coaching Services are provided by and delivered by the Coach, and are typically delivered in one or more face-to-face meetings (‘Coaching Sessions’), each session being not less than one hour in duration, and not less than 90 minutes in duration for Customers having purchased a ‘Runner’s MOT’ session, unless otherwise stated. Personalised running training plans and online running coaching are delivered digitally, in a suitable format as agreed between the Coach and the Customer. The timing, location and precise content of a Coaching Session and Coaching Service is to be determined by the Coach in line with the requirements of the Customer. The Coach agrees to use their knowledge and expertise as endowed by their training and qualifications to provide the Coaching Services in an expert and diligent manner with all due care, skill and ability. The Coach agrees not to provide any advice or information which goes beyond the remit of their training, qualifications and insurance. This includes but is not limited to medical and physiotherapy advice. Coaching Sessions will typically cover the basic elements of running technique, training, safety and any other elements which the Coach is qualified and competent to include on the basis of their training, qualifications and insurance. The Coach is free to arrange any location for the delivery of sessions in agreement with the Customer, providing the location is not in breach of any element of the Company’s Health and Safety Policy (Schedule 3). The Coach is responsible for complying with the Health and Safety Policy at all locations chosen for sessions. In addition, the Coach is responsible for ensuring that the delivery of a session at any location is permitted by the landowner and that they obtain any requisite permissions and/or licences to deliver the services at this location in advance of the session. The Company will not accept any liability for fees, fines or any other costs incurred as a result of the use of any location for the delivery of a session. Should the Coach consider any equipment necessary for the provision of the Coaching Services during the Programme, the Coach understands and agrees that he shall be responsible for providing such equipment and no payment will be made by the Company to the Coach for or in relation to the same. Coaching Services. KickStart Specialists provides both individual leadership coaching services as well as team or group coaching services. All of our coaches have a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience before they can take on clients at the middle management level and at least 5 years of experience before coaching at an executive level. Most of our coaches have over 10 years of coaching experience. See “Section K. Experience” for a list of individual certifications and relevant experience. Our coaching clients cross a multitude of industries and leadership levels. We pride ourselves on the diversity of our clients and immerse ourselves into the culture of the organization we are working with to make sure we are both relatable and practical when working with our clientele. One hundred percent of our coaching clients have come to us via word of mouth and we have grown tremendously over the years with little to no marketing. We do also offer virtual Zoom sessions for clients who prefer it for any reason. All sessions are strictly confidential.
Coaching Services. Included in the License Fee is a total of 8 hours of Client support to help Client (and employees) find, learn and implement specific tools in the Tool Kit. If company uses more than a total of 8 hours of coaching, additional coaching may be provided in 15 minute increments for a charge of $50. Coaching support is available as follows: Emails Short email messages are used to ask simple questions (e.g., "Is there a Tool that will clear up confusion in the department on who does what?"). A brief response will be sent back via email. Voice Mails Brief (less than 3 minutes) voice mail messages are to be used to provide background on a situation as a preamble to a question. A voice mail response will be provided to answer the question. Phone Calls Phone discussions are reserved for real time explanations of how to use a tool in a particular situation. The Client will designate an internal Tool Kit use coordinator and point-of-contact for Productive Enterprises who will deploy access to the Tool Kit within the Company and answer any employee Tool Kit access questions. Productive Enterprises will aim to respond to requests within one business day Proprietary Rights The contents of the GlobeSmartTool Kit website and the Access Page are protected by copyright pursuant to U.S. and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved. Client (and its employees and contractors) may store content from the GlobeSmartTool Kit for internal use only as authorized by this Agreement, provided that each copy maintains Productive Enterprises any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice and contact information. Any unauthorized copying, distributing, publishing, modification, addition, alteration, display, sale, license or use of the content of the GlobeSmartTool Kit in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement. Should unauthorized use occur, the Company agrees to entry of an incentive release in addition to damages. All right, title and interest (including but not limited to all copyrights, Trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in the GlobeSmart website, its content (in both print and machine readable forms) and the Access Page belong solely to Meridian and/or its affiliates or licensors. End UserClient acquires no ownership or other proprietary interest in the GlobeSmartTool Kit website, its content, the Access Page, or any authorized copies thereof.
