COACHING CONTRACTS. The Coach and advisor contracts will be separate from teaching contracts. (N.A. 2005-06) EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT: Teachers will be reimbursed for undergraduate or graduate hours required and earned during a five-year renewal period of their teaching certificates. Hours must be acceptable for credential renewal. Reimbursement will be at current ND state tuition rate up to graduate tuition rates. The teacher will not be reimbursed for hours funded from another source. Partial reimbursement for partially funded hours will be made. The teacher must submit a transcript or college grade report by Oct. 1. Payment will be made to the teacher by Dec. 1. (Board Policy) EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT - ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS: After a staff member’s credential has been renewed for a five-year period, he/she may receive reimbursement for tuition for the number of credits required by North Dakota for teaching certificate renewal immediately following renewal regardless of any other time factors. Staff members who hold life-time credentials may receive reimbursement for the number of credits required by North Dakota for teaching certificate renewal in any five-year period of time. (N.A. COACHING CONTRACTS a. Contracts for the employment of all coaches will be offered by the Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx School District and/or Armour School District with the approval of administrators and school boards from both school districts. No coach should be interviewed, hired, or terminated without the involvement and mutual agreement of the Superintendents of both school districts.
COACHING CONTRACTS a. Contracts for the employment of the head coach will be offered by TDA-AC/DC districts with the approval of administrators and school boards from all school districts. Contracts for the employment of the assistant coaches will be offered by individual TDA-AC/DC districts with the approval of administrators and school boards from individual school districts. No coach should be interviewed, hired, or terminated without the involvement and mutual agreement of the Superintendents of all school districts.
COACHING CONTRACTS. The lesser of £5000 or a fee of 3% per year of all Gross Income received directly or indirectly by or on behalf of myself as a result of contracts, arrangements or understandings effected or for which negotiations commence during the term of this agreement.

  • Existing Contracts Billing terms and provisions contained in existing contracting entity agreements (existing as of the date this policy is approved by the Board of Supervisors) shall remain in effect for the life of the contract. However, when these existing contracts are renegotiated, they shall contain the billing provisions as set forth in this policy.

  • AGREEMENTS WITH EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS Grantee shall have written, binding agreements with its employees and subcontractors that include provisions sufficient to give effect to and enable Grantee’s compliance with Grantee’s obligations under this Article VI, Intellectual Property.

  • HIRING CONTRACTORS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to contract, hire, supervise and/or discharge firms and persons, including utilities, required for the operation and maintenance of the Property. The Agent may perform any of the Agent’s duties through attorneys, agents, employees, or independent contractors and, except for persons working in the Agent’s firm, shall not be responsible for their acts, omissions, defaults, negligence and/or costs of same.

  • Contractor’s Employees and Subcontractors (a) Contractor shall only disclose PII to Contractor’s employees and subcontractors who need to know the PII in order to provide the Services and the disclosure of PII shall be limited to the extent necessary to provide such Services. Contractor shall ensure that all such employees and subcontractors comply with the terms of this DPA.

  • Contracts with Subcontractors a. Grantee may enter into contracts with subcontractors unless restricted or otherwise prohibited in the Contract.

  • Covered Contracts and Contractors If the Contract exceeds $100,000 and the Contractor employed more than 40 full-time employees on a single working day during the previous 12 months in Minnesota or in the state where it has its principle place of business, then the Contractor must comply with the requirements of Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 and Minnesota Rule Parts 5000.3400-5000.3600. A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.

  • Teacher Contracts A. Contracts for the employment of teachers shall be of two types: Limited Contracts and Continuing Contracts.

  • Continuing Contracts a. A continuing contract is a contract which shall remain in effect until the teacher resigns, elects to retire, or until it is terminated or suspended; and shall be granted only to teachers qualified, as described below, holding Professional, Permanent or Life Certificates or a Professional Educator License. The certificates must be in the field being taught. Holders of a Professional Educator License must also meet either of the following:

  • SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):

  • Benefits of Contractor’s Employees The Contractor understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for shall be liable to all benefits that are provided to their employees, including but not limited to, retirement plans, health insurance, vacation time-off, sick pay, personal leave, or any other benefit provided.
