Common use of Co-Trustees Clause in Contracts

Co-Trustees. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 11.1 (Appointment of Trustees), the Trustee may, upon giving prior notice to the Issuer but without the consent of the Issuer or the Noteholders, appoint any person established or resident in any jurisdiction (whether a trust corporation or not) to act either as a separate trustee or as a co-trustee jointly with the Trustee:

Co-Trustees. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 11.1 12.1 (Appointment of Trustees), the Trustee may, upon giving prior notice to the Issuer and the Guarantors but without the consent of the Issuer Issuer, the Guarantors or the Noteholders, appoint any person established or resident in any jurisdiction (whether a trust corporation or not) to act either as a separate trustee or as a co-trustee jointly with the Trustee:

Co-Trustees. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 11.1 13.1 (Appointment of Trustees), the Trustee may, upon giving prior notice to to, and consulting with, the Issuer and the Guarantor but without the consent of the Issuer Issuer, the Guarantor or the Noteholders, appoint any person established or resident in any jurisdiction (whether a trust corporation or not) to act either as a separate trustee or as a co-trustee jointly with the Trustee:

Co-Trustees. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 11.1 (Appointment of Trustees)12.1, the Trustee may, upon giving prior notice to the Issuer but without the consent of the Issuer or the Noteholders, appoint any person Person established or resident in any jurisdiction (whether a trust corporation or not) to act either as a separate trustee or as a co-trustee jointly with the Trustee:

Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause Section 11.1 (Eligibility and Appointment of Trustees), the Trustee and the U.S. Trustee may, upon giving prior notice to the Issuer but without the consent of the Issuer or the NoteholdersBondholders, appoint any person established or resident in any jurisdiction (whether a trust corporation or not) to act either as a separate trustee or as a co-trustee jointly with the Trustee and the U.S. Trustee:

Co-Trustees. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 11.1 18.1 (Appointment of Trustees), the Trustee may, upon giving prior notice to the Issuer but without the consent of the Issuer or the Noteholders, appoint any person established or resident in any jurisdiction (whether a trust corporation or not) to act either as a separate trustee or as a co-trustee jointly with the Trustee:

Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 11.1 12.1 (Appointment of Trustees), the Trustee may, upon giving subject to prior notice consultation, if the Trustee considers it practical to do so, with the Issuer and the Guarantor but without the consent of the Issuer or the Guarantor or the Noteholders, appoint any person established or resident in any jurisdiction (whether a trust corporation or not) to act either as a separate trustee or as a co-trustee jointly with the Trustee:

Co-Trustees. 12.2.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 11.1 12.1 (Appointment of Trustees), the Trustee may, upon giving prior notice to the Issuer but without the consent of the Issuer or the NoteholdersNoteholders or the Couponholders, appoint any person established or resident in any jurisdiction (whether a trust corporation or not) to act either as a separate trustee or as a co-trustee jointly with the Trustee:
