Common use of CO-ORDINATION Clause in Contracts

CO-ORDINATION. 3.1 The person named as your contact in the Proposal is responsible for co-ordinating all necessary arrangements relating to the Event with our Event Manager. During the Hire Period your and our Representatives shall both remain at the Venue and shall liaise in relation to the conduct of the Event. Your Representative must remain sober, on site and available at all reasonable times during the Hire Period.
