CO-ORDINATION. The Lessee shall, upon request by DMRC, co-operate in the co-ordination of the works with the work of any other persons to whose systems the facilities are to be connected, provided that such co-operation shall not empower the Lessee to unreasonably interfere with the carrying out of the works.
