CO-OP STUDENTS. L46:01 Should a strike or lock out involving employees occur, co-op students shall be immediately removed from workplace where employees perform their job functions.
CO-OP STUDENTS. 34.01 At the Union’s request, the Board agrees to share with the President of the Bargaining Unit, co-op student placements which occur within the school office(s)/work locations where the Bargaining Unit employees are employed.
CO-OP STUDENTS. For the benefit of supporting college technical trainees (CO-OP students) to develop their skills base in a practical setting, the Company shall have the opportunity to hire no more than five (5) CO-OP students to work with our skilled trades journeymen. The following conditions shall apply to all CO-OP students:
CO-OP STUDENTS. No member of the Union shall be laid off or suffer a reduction or a change in normally scheduled hours of work as a result of the use of a co-op student.
CO-OP STUDENTS i. The Employer may hire up to two (2) students to work at the Facilities each semester during the Term of this Agreement. The Employer may hire more than the two (2) student maximum per semester, provided that the Bargaining Unit and the Employer agree to increase such maximum for the semester being requested.
CO-OP STUDENTS. 12.4 The Board agrees to share with the President of the Bargaining Unit co-op student placements which occur within school offices, school libraries or departments.
CO-OP STUDENTS. 29:01 Both parties recognize the value and importance of co-op education programs. Co-op students may be used provided they are working with bargaining unit employees. The Union shall be notified prior to co-op students being placed and shall not be used to replace bargaining unit employees

CO-OP STUDENTS. The UNION agrees that the BOARD may use co-op students and paraprofessionals throughout the District. The BOARD agrees that its use of co-op students and paraprofessionals will not cause the layoff, job elimination or loss of hours of any employee and that any eliminated secretarial position will not be filled by co-op students or paraprofessionals.
CO-OP STUDENTS. 8.3.1 Employees shall not have their hours of work changed or reduced owing to the use of Co-Op students in the workplace.
