CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. SECTION 1. Each Employee shall be responsible for purchasing and maintaining uniforms after any initial allotment provided upon hire or promotion.
CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. If an employee is required to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be furnished to the employee by the County. The cost of the uniform (including initial tailoring) shall be paid by the County as shall necessary replacement or repairs of the uniform. The County will provide at initial appointment a $420 clothing allowance for the first year, and thereafter a thirty- five dollar ($35) clothing allowance per month for any employee whose full-time assignment (Detective) is plainclothes duty (does not include POINT assignments).

Allowance is to be paid in a lump sum thirty (30) days after adoption of the budget but no later than June 30th. Employee must provide receipts and proof of purchase to the Chief of Police for entire yearly amounts.

Allowance is to be paid in lump sum thirty (30) days after adoption of budget but not later than June 30th. Employee must provide receipts and proof of purchase to Chief of Fire for entire amount. It is the responsibility of the Township to pay for the complete uniform and equipment required of all newly hired Firefighters.

The Town will provide a uniform allowance for uniformed personnel in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) effective April 1, 2008 and six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) effective April 1, 2010 to offset the costs of purchasing and maintaining the uniform standards set by the Chief.

(a) All Regular Employees, who have completed their probationary period in accordance with Article 7 and have worked continuously for twelve (12) months or more, shall receive an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) annually on the last pay period of March of each year during the term of this Agreement to cover part of the cost of uniforms or work apparel.

The Chief of Police shall prescribe the rules and regulations regarding what constitutes a dress and/or work uniforms, when they are to be worn, and the specifications of quality, color, etc. for same.
CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. (a) The County will provide a clothing allowance in the amount of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) quarterly for full-time plainclothes employees who are normally required to wear business attire, three hundred dollars ($300) quarterly for other full-time plainclothes employees and one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) quarterly for part-time plainclothes employees.
