Common use of Closing Conditions Clause in Contracts

Closing Conditions. From the date hereof until the Closing, each party hereto shall, and Seller shall cause the Company to, use reasonable best efforts to take such actions as are necessary to expeditiously satisfy the closing conditions set forth in Article VII hereof.

From the date hereof Effective Date until the Closing, each party hereto Party shall, and Seller Sellers shall cause the Company to, use reasonable best efforts to take such actions as are necessary to expeditiously satisfy the closing conditions set forth in Article VII VIII hereof.
