CLOSEOUT PHASE. The Architect/Engineer shall provide project close-out services and Final Documents as described herein, and in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents provided under Part III.D.3, during the construction phase. Services under this phase shall commence upon award of Substantial Completion to the Contractor.
CLOSEOUT PHASE. A. Provider shall submit complete digital “as-built” Record Drawings for all sites for review and approval. Final as-built plans shall be provided in both AutoCAD (CAD) and portable document format (PDF) prior to Final Completion. Provider shall submit one set of final compiled Record Drawings for the Purchaser. The Record Drawings shall incorporate all changes from permit plan sets captured on all as-built sketches, details, and clarifications. Locations of work buried under or outside each building, including, without limitation, all utilities, plumbing and electrical lines and conduits. All deviations from the sizes, locations and other features of installations shown in Issue for Construction (IFC) plan sets and Contract Documents must be captured in detail in as- built Record Drawings. All horizontal boring, trench routes and depths to be recorded and transferred from logs to record drawings. All canopy column footing depths shall also be recorded and coordinated into as built drawings.

CLOSEOUT PHASE. 9. MEETINGS / SITE VISITS / WORKSHOPS Project Description. The Project shall include the design of the following at Middle School Kitchen Modernization & MU Refresh Project(s), located at El Dorado Middle School (0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000). El Dorado Middle School Architect shall provide all professional services necessary for completing the following: • Upgrade to the existing facility to include a the complete replacement of the kitchen including the replacement of all food service equipment, exhaust hoods, utilities and the reconfiguration of the kitchen to better respond to current needs. Kitchen to receive new code compliant cook line, exhaust hood with fire suppression system and walk-in freezer/refrigerator. • Upgrade the existing assembly area with new finishes, improved acoustics, new lighting, new audio/visual system per MDUSD standards, removal of existing unit ventilators and other improvements as needed to better respond to current needs. • Infill the existing skylights. • Provide new HVAC systems throughout the building, including the kitchen and assembly areas. • Explore the condition of any existing EMS system and make improvements as required to connect new work. • Provide minor modifications to the existing low voltage systems to accommodate new work. It is anticipated that the existing EST fire alarm system can be modified to accommodate any reconfiguration of the kitchen and overall building improvements. Upgrades will be required to provide code compliant voice-evac function to the existing fire alarm system. Phone, clock/bell, intercom and data systems will be maintained and modified within the building as needed to accommodate the new work. • Remove all abandon equipment from the existing boiler room and custodian room and convert boiler room to storage space if possible. • Minor site improvements outside the building will be required to replace the grease interceptor and provide DSA required accessible site upgrades including accessible parking, drop-off and path of travel to the project area and main administration office. • The refinement of this scope will be done during early programming and schematic design collaboration between the MDUSD and the design team. On-site meetings will be held to discuss this scope in detail and determine the best course of action.
CLOSEOUT PHASE. 4.1. Owner’s Representative will manage the closeout process on behalf of Owner.

CLOSEOUT PHASE. A. When the contractor applies for “Substantial Completion,” the Consultant, in consultation with Xxxxxxxx’x representative(s), shall perform a walk-through of the Project to review and add to the contractor’s punch list.
