Climatic allowance. If an Artist is required by the Producer to carry out work whatsoever in: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx XXX, Central Australia, Northern Territory, Eastern or Northern Zones of Western Australia, Western or Northern Zones of South Australia or in Papua New Guinea, the Artist shall be paid at a daily or weekly rate of pay for his ordinary hours of work a sum which is 10% in excess of the Basic Negotiated Fee or the rates set out in this Agreement, for all such work, whichever is the greater.
Climatic allowance a) Employees who work in Jindabyne Depot or any other Essential Energy Depot or office which is situated upon or to the west of a line drawn from a point on the right bank of the Xxxxxx River opposite Echuca (Victoria) and then to the following towns in the order stated, Deniliquin, Xxxxxxxx, Condobolin, Narromine, Coonamble, Gunnedah, Narrabri, Moree and Goondiwindi shall be paid an allowance as set out in Section 6 Clause 6.14 Table 3 (Essential Energy Allowances).

  • Retirement Allowance Prior to issuing notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(ii) in any classification(s), the Hospital will offer early-retirement allowance to a sufficient number of employees eligible for early retirement under HOOPP within the classification(s) in order of seniority, to the extent that the maximum number of employees within a classification who elect early retirement is equivalent to the number of employees within the classification(s) who would otherwise receive notice of layoff under article 9.08(a)(ii). An employee who elects an early retirement option shall receive, following completion of the last day of work, a retirement allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of service, plus a prorated amount for any additional partial year of service, to a maximum ceiling of fifty-two (52) weeks' salary.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.
