Client’s Obligation to Seek a License. If a Work Order requires Client to obtain, for use in connection with the Services or incorporation into an Invention, any material from a third party from whom Company or Client has not acquired the necessary right or license for the use or incorporation, then Client will, at its sole expense, acquire the necessary right or license to the third party material on behalf of itself and Company.
