Client Software. You may only use the client software with the ERP solution. You may install an unlimited number of copies of the client software to access your ERP solution.

Client Software. SoftPro has no obligation or liability, either express or implied, with respect to the compatibility of SoftPro Software with any other software unless provided or specified by SoftPro including, but not limited to, Client software and/or Client-provided third party software.
Client Software. Upon Client’s request, Ridge shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide Client with custom modification to the Services, custom software programming with respect to the Software (the “Client Software”) or custom program maintenance, in which case, the terms and conditions governing such custom modification to the Services, Client Software or custom program maintenance will be set forth in the applicable Schedule or Statement-of-Work (including, without limitation, the ownership thereof and any changes therefor). Any Client Software, custom modification to the Services, custom software programming, custom program maintenance or other professional services associated with the Client Software shall be provided in a timely manner and on terms and conditions at least no less favorable then those offered to any other customer of Ridge (including, without limitation, as to priority and resource allocation).
Client Software. You may install and use the Client Software on the aggregate total number of Devices to which you have dedicated a CAL for such usage.
Client Software. You may only use the client software with the product. You may install an unlimited number of copies of the client software to access your solution. The client software may be used only by the number of licensed users that your purchased or subscribed license permits.
Client Software. Customer may need to install Client Software to access and use the Service. Customer may make copies of the Client Software solely to support the Service for its Users. Copies must be true and complete copies (including copyright and trademark notices) and be made from a BQE Software approved media or a network source. Customer may use a third party to make and install these copies, but Customer agrees that it will be responsible for that third party’s actions. Customer agrees to use reasonable efforts to make its employees, agents and other individuals that it allows to use the Client Software aware that it is licensed from BQE Software and subject to the terms of this Agreement. Additional rights and restrictions for the Client Software may accompany the provision of such Client Software, and Customer agrees to abide by all such additional rights and restrictions.
Client Software. In Per Server licensing mode, unless Bentley licenses the Server Software with a limitation on the maximum number of Devices or Users that may access it, you may install the Client Software on any Device in support of any number of Users so long as the Client Software is being used only in conjunction with the Server Software.
Client Software. The Client Software may be installed on an unlimited number of Clients. The Client Software may only be used to create Virtual Disk images for use with the Server Software.
