Client Representative. Designate a person to act as CLIENT’s representative with respect to the Services to be rendered under this Agreement. Such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret, and define CLIENT’S policies and decisions with respect to TRANSYSTEMS’ Services for the Project.
Client Representative. NMSU-A will coordinate the event with one (1) main contact for the event, Client’s Representative. Client Representative is responsible for all actions of their subcontractors.
Client Representative. In its capacity as investment manager, Xxxxxxxx shall receive all instructions, directions and other communications on Client's behalf respecting Client's account from (Representative). Xxxxxxxx is hereby authorized to rely and act upon all such instructions, directions and communications from such Representative or any agent of such Representative.
Client Representative. Client will identify to FIS in writing two (2) individuals (1 primary person and 1 alternate person) to serve as Client’s contacts for maintenance and service matters. Only the identified individual will be authorized to request FIS’s services under the Service Levels in Exhibit B. Client may identify additional or different support contacts by prior written or e-mail notice to FIS.
Client Representative. Client shall designate one or more persons who shall be authorized and directed to receive services hereunder and to make all hedging and merchandising and purchasing and sales decisions for Client. All directions, transactions and authorizations given by such representative to FCStone shall be binding upon Client. FCStone shall be entitled to rely on the authorization of such persons until it receives written notification from Client that such authorization has been revoked.
Client Representative. The following individual, Xxxx Xxxxx, shall represent the Client during the performance of this contract with respect to the services and deliverables as defined herein and has authority to execute written modifications of additions to this contract as defined in section 13.
Client Representative. The Client's Site Manager or other person appointed by the Client organization to represent them in issues regarding the services. In the absence of the Client Representative, their designated substitute
Client Representative. In order to avoid miscommunication, the Client shall appoint a sole representative with full authority to provide or maintain any necessary information and approvals that may be required by Agency (the “Client Representative”). The Client Representative shall be responsible for coordination and review of the Agency’s services and notifying Agency of Client instructions, change orders and approvals. The signature or e-mail approval of the Client Representative shall be final and binding on Client. If after the Client Representative has approved a design, the Client or any authorized person alters the scope of work or requires additional services, the Client shall pay all fees and expenses arising from such changes and additional services as set forth in section 1 above.
Client Representative. The following individual, , City of Warrensburg City Manager represents the Client during the performance of this contract with respect to the services and deliverables as defined herein. Consultant Representative. The Pioneer Trails RPC, Executive Director shall represent the Consultant during the performance of this contract with respect to the services and deliverables as defined therein.
Client Representative. Client hereby designates an authorized representative to act on Client’s behalf with respect to the Project (the “Client Representative”). Client shall respond with additional information and requests for decision in a timely manner so as to avoid delays and unnecessary additional costs. Unless otherwise changed by notice as provided herein, the Client Representative is Xxxx Xxxxxxx, AGLC.
