Client Referral Sample Clauses

Client Referral. (A) We may, but shall not be obliged to, refer you to an Affiliate (“Referred Entity”) from time to time. You may elect to engage a Referred Entity to provide any of the Services and in such cases, you shall be solely responsible for complying with the applicable contractual obligations and legal and regulatory requirements of such Referred Entity.

  • Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to adequately perform the work under this Contract.
