Client Preparation. Tasks and responsibilities include the following:  Review Framework Public Bodiescorporate approvals and preparatory data to assess their eligibility for the NDEE Framework Contractor’s services  Enter into a call-off contract for delivery of NDEE Framework Contractor’s bespoke services in accordance with SG Contract Manager and Framework Public Bodies’ approvals  Scope out and agree an appropriate plan of Contractor support to meet the Framework Public Bodies’ requirements, including: - o gaining a more detailed understanding of their needs, aims, and key drivers and how the Contractor can best support these o resourcing appropriately to meet challenging project time frames arising from Framework Public Bodies’ key priorities, such as securing approvals within requisite committee cycles and carrying out retrofit NDEE works in schools, or colleges or NHS premises during appropriate periods,  Prepare and educate Framework Public Bodies, influencing and managing their expectations, to ensure their full understanding of and buy in to all stages and elements of the NDEE Framework process and the NDEE Framework Contractor’s services

Client Preparation. You can establish and maintain a relationship that facilitates EMDR processing. - You can educate the client about their presenting issues and how EMDR can assist in meeting their goals. - You can teach the client about the mechanics of EMDR. - You can establish stabilization/affect tolerance tools with the client, have the client demonstrate them in session in front of the therapist to build confidence in the tools, encourage the use of the tools outside of the sessions, check to see over time that the tools still are effective. - You understand informed consent of EMDR and provide it to the client. - You know and use the hand, train, and tunnel metaphors. - You can do RDI and explain the intent –state change vs. trait change. - You can explain the different types of RDI, calm/safe place being one type.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Systems Review The Construction Administrator will conduct reviews of proposed roof, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, conveyance, sprinkler, telecommunications, and life safety systems, and will consider initial cost, availability, impact on the overall program, comfort and convenience, long-term maintenance and operating costs, and impacts on schedule.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that:

  • Investigational Services This plan covers certain experimental or investigational services as described in this section. Clinical Trials This plan covers clinical trials as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-60. An approved clinical trial is a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is being performed to prevent, detect or treat cancer or a life-threatening disease or condition. In order to qualify, the clinical trial must be: • federally funded; • conducted under an investigational new drug application reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); or • a drug trial that is exempt from having such an investigational new drug application. To qualify to participate in a clinical trial: • you must be determined to be eligible, according to the trial protocol; • a network provider must have concluded that your participation would be appropriate; and • medical and scientific information must have been provided establishing that your participation in the clinical trial would be appropriate. If a network provider is participating in a clinical trial, and the trial is being conducted in the state in which you reside, you may be required to participate in the trial through the network provider. Coverage under this plan includes routine patient costs for covered healthcare services furnished in connection with participation in a clinical trial. The amount you pay is based on the type of service you receive. Coverage for clinical trials does not include: • the investigational item, device, or service itself; • items or services provided solely to satisfy data collection and that are not used in the direct clinical management; or • a service that is clearly inconsistent with widely accepted standards of care.
