Client Participation. Examine all studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specification, proposals, and other documents presented by TRANSYSTEMS, obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor and other CONSULTANT as CLIENT deems appropriate for such examination and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto within a reasonable time so as not to delay the services of TRANSYSTEMS.
Client Participation. WellSky’s obligations are conditioned on Client fulfilling its obligations hereunder, including, without limitation:
Client Participation. To participate in the Services, Client must meet all health criteria established by NuStart from time to time. Client’s participation may be terminated by NuStart at any time it determines that Client does not meet such criteria. Client may participate in the Services to the extent Client desires, but NuStart reserves the right to terminate Client’s participation if Client does not demonstrate he or she is making a good faith effort, in the sole discretion of NuStart, to benefit from the Services.
Client Participation. (i) In conjunction with its obligation to participate in the Implementation Services as set forth and designated as such in Exhibit A and the Client responsibilities designated therein (“Implementation Client Responsibilities”), Client will assign personnel to perform the applicable tasks and will make commercially reasonable efforts to supply information and otherwise assist as reasonably necessary to affect the commencement of the Application Services via the Implementation Services.
Client Participation. Client shall give its full cooperation to PA in providing all required documents, invoices, contracts and staff consultation time to PA’s evaluation team in order to conduct the expense reduction review. During the review process, Client agrees not to renegotiate, amend or extend in place contracts or introduce operational procedures/changes that will effect cost/pricing and or contractual obligations of the Client to the supplier. Any cost reduction made during the assessment process will be credited to PA’s presence and is therefore treated as such and factored into the shared revenue structure. During the course of the relationship between PA and Client, Client and PA understand that despite PA’s recommendations, suggestions, potential suppliers and other proposals, Client has the right not to proceed with said proposals. However, if Client does pursue any or all of the documented review recommendations (with or without PA’s further assistance), PA is entitled to the appropriate revenue share as outlined in Section 3 above. Client agrees to grant PA the right to review any materials (books, records, invoices, contracts or other information) related to the review category selected by Client in Section 1 above. PA is authorized to obtain information relating to the provider accounts directly from the providers personnel and provider websites. Any additional Client request or engagements, written or otherwise, to review supplementary expenses or income streams will also be governed by this Agreement. This Agreement shall commence with the Client’s first PA invoice per expense category and will be in effect for an initial 36 month term. Each expense reduction category carries its own 36 month term/billing cycle commencing on the first invoice for that particular practice group. If the savings is implemented in stages, each stage will carry its own 36 month term. PA and Client shall have the option to terminate this Agreement after the initial term with a 30 day prior written notice to the other party.
Client Participation. The parent, guardian or legal custodian may have the client’s record excluded from the registry by completing Wisconsin Immunization Registry Exclusion (HCF 5102) and submitting the completed form to the State Vital Records Office. The WIR database administrator will then lock the record so it is not retrievable. If a WIR provider subsequently tries to add the same client to the registry, the provider will be warned that the client has been excluded from the WIR, and the provider will be unable to save the record. Only the WIR database administrator has the ability to view or unlock a locked record. If an electronic data transfer includes data on a child who has been excluded, the client’s data will not be transferred to the WIR.
Client Participation. Freeit is entitled to rely on Client’s decisions and approvals in connection with the Services. Client understands that Freeit is relying upon the information that Client provides and Client represents that such information is true, accurate and complete. Because of the importance of such information to this project, Client agrees to release Freeit and its personnel from any liability and costs relating to the Services attributable to any false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Client. Client shall not use the Services in connection with any infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property rights.

District will prepare and send official notification to Departments prior to the field investigation work to identify any work conflicts TASK C: SCHEMATIC DESIGN TEN OVER STUDIO will prepare Schematic Design level architectural drawings and prepare engineering design narratives and sketches on the existing and new building systems to provide an approach for renovating the existing Operations and Maintenance Building and design of the new Ranger Station addition. Site improvements include the immediate area surrounding the existing Operations and Maintenance Building and new Ranger Station addition. Our team will prepare the design of the Restroom Building along with associated site improvements to the immediate area surrounding the building as an additive alternate. The services associated with incorporating stormwater management measures in accordance with the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board NPDES Permit regulations. The civil engineering team will work with the landscape architect to identify opportunities for low impact design (LID) elements at the site such as self-retaining and bio retention areas. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) The project is greater than one acre and a project SWPPP will be required.
